1. Great view of town with the Klang river. 2. Peaceful, tranquil & quietness is a gold. 3. Spacious room with reasonable price. 4. Got mini refrigerator to chill drinks. 5. Got hot water dispenser at the corridor. 6. Provided instant a couple of coffee powder.

1. TV signal always lost or interrupted. 2. Wish had option for hot/cold water shower (I may forgot to ask earlier, my bad).

It is spacious

Everything. It has tub, but doesnt have plug, so it cannot be used. Then the shower hanger also broken. And the toilet, somehow cannot function well. The towels also so dirty, got blackish brown stain haiyaa. The carpet also, can feel dust on it.

To ensure all this up to date so we able to recommend your hotel to our clients for upcoming event.

I think at this moment nothing that makes me to my liking. Customer service when we reached not been greeted at all.

1. No tooth brush in the toilet 2. Call front desk no one answer 3. Call room service no answer yet we need to go down to counter. 4. No mineral water provided 5. No water heater for shower 6. Shower also spoiled not in good condition 7. Tissue box not changed as we can see it's like already being use by previous guest. *We expect what we see on the picture some how like it's ok if it's not the same. But the moment we enter and see.. To my surprise it doesn't.

Love everything about rhe hotel except didnt try the breakfast though .... the room was great,cozy and comfortable ..... the staffs were helpful ....room was being cleaned during our 4 days stay without being asked .... located in the haert of Klang with night market on weekend ...

Loved my short staycation, got to relax which is what I wanted.

Loved the breakfast, maybe introduction of pastries and kuih-muih would be lovely.

The bathtub was a little dirty/stained. Otherwise everything was fine. The staff were friendly, the room was comfy, just good!

Very nice comfortable stay, worth many repeated bookings.

It suits my purpose. The stay at 17th floor was very nice and relaxing. The view, night or day was pleasing. The room facilities, bed, bathroom and furniture were all nice. I am a repeat guest, I will come again.

Worth a short stay.

The room was spacious, enough room for prayers and all. The bed and pillow was comfy. The bathroom looked a bit old but its fine. The water pressure is good and i enjoyed the bath tub.

The breakfast is just average. Its served ala carte so lack of choices. Some of the menu is not yet ready at the time we were there. At noon, theres only one staff handling checkin and checkout so have to wait longer. The lobby is so dark and scary though.

Can do better by improving a few points.

Room is old but is spacious and neat - carpet could have been just upgraded. Towers are extremely clean, so as the beds. The free car parking is an advantage - although it appears like a slum area when we arrived at midnight. Hotel operator should put up better signboard to inform guest to park only at level 4.

I stayed two nights, noted they forgot to do the cleaning up on following day. Coffee/tea/drinking water was not replenished (though they gave after asking). Most unacceptable was non of the TV program are watchable as it cannot be tuned (their house keeping also cannot do it). Shower head damaged although functioning- should have changed to avoid poor impression. Room lights a little dim as the room is rather big - perhaps it maybe just my personal preference.

Nice place, quiet and comfortable. Very good as an occasional getaway from the daily hectic life.

The facilities are very good and the staff very friendly. The scenery from the hotel floor was astounding. Very good for peace of mind and relaxation.

It was not a pleasant stay

Room was large

The whole hotel looked old and run down. They were understaffed and could not even get any form of toiletries after 11pm. The wifi was down throughout our stay. The bed was not comfortable at all and the pillow was hard. The aircon temperature cannot be controlled as well. I would not call this as a pleasant stay.
